Terms for the public site and GoalFlow entry points.
These terms cover the public site, firm inbox, GoalFlow request forms, and protected client access. They do not by themselves create a client engagement or authorize restricted submissions.
Informational pages
The public site describes the firm and the product. It does not by itself create a contract, engagement, or obligation to accept work until New Avenues Federal confirms that separately.
Submitting material
Only send material you are authorized to share and that fits the published request limits. Do not send CUI, CDI, ITAR, export-controlled, malware, or unknown-sensitive material through public channels.
GoalFlow access
Protected routes, portal links, and federated sign-in are limited to authorized users and approved request contacts. Do not share access links or try to bypass request-level restrictions.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site, Workers, forms, email routes, or protected pages. We may block or suspend traffic that looks abusive, unsafe, or unsupported.
Service changes
We may change, pause, or remove pages, features, or request paths for security, maintenance, or product-fit reasons. Not every submission will be accepted or processed automatically.
Content responsibility
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights associated with what you submit. By sending material through GoalFlow, you authorize us to host, screen, route, and review it for operating the requested workflow.
